We offer annual maintenance services (AMC) to our customers from different industrial segments. Our Annual Maintenance package ensures that you get the highest level of support and service, when you need it the most.

Priority Services for our AMC customers include:
- 4 Preventive maintenance visits.
- Dedicated account manager for your contract
- Trained Service professionals – A team of highly energetic professionals.

- Technical support is available onsite with-in short time
- Unlimited online support is offered during office hours through phone/ internet
- Diagnosis and resolution of issues leading to lower repeat reducing your machines down time.

Provision of stand-by machines/ printers while your own machine is being repaired/ replaced

On Call Support
(Chargeable Basis)

Whilst we recommend to get the best value for your business, our clients should either go for a Facility Management Contract or Annual Maintenance Contract, it may not be always possible (especially for the clients who are already tied up in some other Contracts). We will be happy to provide all the above mentioned services to all such clients on chargeable basis. For peace of mind we will also guarantee the quality of service and availability of our engineers. Our dedicated call centre staff will arrange the time of our engineer visit at your convenience.
